Set Up New Service As a courtesy, the property management team takes care of each resident’s water implementation. It is not necessary for residents to contact Water Works of Texas regarding their move-in. The first bill should arrive approximately 30-45 days from your move-in date. For more information regarding your bill, please go to FAQ’s.
Discontinue Service As a courtesy, the Property Manager will contact Water Works of Texas for a final reading on your move-out day. It is not necessary to notify Water Works of Texas if you are moving. In addition, residents are expected to pay all utility costs associated with their unit up to your move-out day or lease expiration date. The final bill amount is deducted from your apartment security deposit.
