For your convenience we offer three ways to make your payments:
- Traditional Method: A return envelope is enclosed with each bill statement for your convenience. Please allow for a delivery time of five business days. Water Works of Texas assumes no responability for postal delays.
- On-Line Bill Pay: For convenience we offer you the option of paying your bill on-line, using your Visa® or MasterCard®. There is a $2.75 convenience fee associated with each payment.
- Local Payment Drop-Off: At 1-Stop Mail Service located at Corner of Everhart Road and Saratoga Boulevard in Corpus Christi, Texas.

| All plumbing concerns or water leaks should be handled by your qualified onsite maintenance team. For questions or concerns regarding your individual submeter please submit a service call. |
